CARLEEN ZIMBALATTI

The exhibition Distil features the artwork of four artists, Abigail Child, Cathy Cone, Soo Sunny Park, and Carleen Zimbalatti, who work with multiples as a conceptual construct to make their artwork.  By repetition, a single form and / or element, the sum of its parts establishes expression in each of the artists’ work.  The process of accumulation becomes the essence of form, the voice and the communicative qualities that gives meaning to the visible world.
